Quando aprite il sito

Il sito è ospitato su Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Per consegnare le pagine e proteggerle dagli abusi, Cloudflare tratta l'indirizzo IP e i dati tecnici della richiesta, come il browser e l'ora. Lo facciamo per il nostro legittimo interesse a far funzionare il sito in sicurezza (art. 6.1.f del GDPR). Cloudflare aderisce all'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, che copre gli eventuali trasferimenti negli Stati Uniti.

I caratteri tipografici sono serviti dal sito stesso: aprendo le pagine non si contatta nessun altro servizio.

Lingua

Se scegliete la lingua con il pulsante IT/EN, la scelta resta salvata nel vostro browser, per trovarla uguale alla visita dopo. Non ci viene inviata e potete cancellarla quando volete dalle impostazioni del browser.

Richieste su WhatsApp

Il modulo con le date non invia niente al sito: apre WhatsApp con un messaggio già scritto, che decidete voi se mandare. Quando ci scrivete, usiamo numero, nome, messaggio e date per rispondere e, se volete, per organizzare il soggiorno (art. 6.1.b del GDPR). Conserviamo la conversazione per il tempo che serve a questo. WhatsApp è un servizio di WhatsApp Ireland Limited, con la sua informativa.

Calendario delle date libere

Il calendario legge dai portali le notti già prenotate di ogni camera. Riceve solo le date, mai i dati degli ospiti, e non tratta dati di chi visita il sito.

Mappa di Google

La mappa nella sezione «La zona» si carica solo quando premete «Mostra la mappa». Da quel momento il vostro browser si collega a Google (Google Ireland Limited), che riceve l'indirizzo IP e può usare i suoi cookie, come descritto nell'informativa di Google. Premere il pulsante è il vostro consenso: senza, a Google non arriva nulla. La mappa si chiude ricaricando la pagina.

Cookie

Il sito non installa cookie suoi. Gli unici possibili sono quelli di Google Maps, e solo dopo che avete aperto la mappa: per questo non c'è un banner all'apertura.

Collegamenti ad altri siti

I pulsanti verso Booking.com, Airbnb, Facebook e Google Maps aprono siti di altri, che trattano i dati secondo le loro informative.

This page explains what data the mondoanticoroma.it website processes when you visit it, and why. In short: the site uses no analytics, no advertising and no profiling, and sets no cookies. The Google map only loads if you open it.

When you open the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of the request, such as your browser and the time. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers any transfer to the United States.

The fonts are served by the site itself: opening the pages does not contact any other service.

Language

If you pick a language with the IT/EN button, your choice is saved in your browser so that it stays the same on your next visit. It is not sent to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Requests on WhatsApp

The dates form does not send anything to the site: it opens WhatsApp with a message already written, which you decide whether to send. When you message us, we use your number, name, message and dates to reply and, if you wish, to arrange your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the conversation for as long as that takes. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, with its own privacy policy.

Available dates calendar

The calendar reads from the booking sites which nights are already booked in each room. It only receives dates, never guest details, and processes no data about visitors to the site.

Google map

The map in “The area” only loads when you press “Show the map”. From then on your browser connects to Google (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address and may use its cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy. Pressing the button is your consent: without it, nothing reaches Google. Reloading the page closes the map.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. The only possible ones are Google Maps cookies, and only after you open the map: that is why there is no banner when the site opens.

Links to other sites

The buttons to Booking.com, Airbnb, Facebook and Google Maps open other people's websites, which process data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing or calling us at the contacts above. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
